Do you work directly with travellers?
No. Yono DMC is a trade-only DMC — we quote and operate for verified travel agencies. We do not publish retail rates or take direct customer bookings.
How fast do you respond to an inquiry?
Line-item quotations are sent back within 24 business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST). Urgent requests flagged in the inquiry receive same-day turnaround where feasible.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: 25% deposit on confirmation, balance 7 days before arrival. Established partners can move to net-30 credit after a confirmed booking history. See the payment terms page for specifics.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are supplier-bound — they mirror the hotel, attraction, and transport supplier policies stacked into each booking. Full breakdown is shared with every quote and on the cancellation policy page.
Which destinations are currently active?
Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Thailand, and Vietnam — one regional cluster. Every destination has vetted suppliers across hotels, attractions, and transport.
How do I send an inquiry?
Three channels: the Request a Quote form on the site, email, or WhatsApp. Share destination, dates, pax mix, rooming pattern, and category. No template required.
Can you support FIT, GIT, and MICE?
Yes — all three. Each profile has a dedicated handling flow: FIT for couples and families, GIT for series and leisure groups, MICE for corporate and incentive movement.
Do you provide flight ticketing?
No. Our scope is land services only — hotels, attractions, transport, and destination operations. Flights are handled by your preferred GDS or consolidator.
What hotel categories do you contract?
3-star through 5-star across city and resort locations. Category, area, and budget band are matched to your brief — not forced from a fixed catalogue.
