India Overview
Designed for faster quoting, cleaner routing, and stronger on-ground delivery
India is handled as a set of programs rather than a single destination, because that is how it is actually built and sold. The signature circuits cover the routes agents ask for by name — the Golden Triangle heritage core, Rajasthan's palace and desert country, Kerala's backwaters and hills, and Goa as a closing leg on the coast. Alongside them, the country is grouped by what a client is travelling for: monuments and architecture, pilgrimage and cultural centres, hill stations and national parks, and the coast and islands. Yono DMC coordinates hotels, road transport, guides, monument entries, permits, and domestic connections between stops, quoted at net rates as separate line items so your agency can price onward cleanly.
Hotel support
Options across city hotels, resorts, and heritage properties, matched to the circuit rather than booked in isolation — the property is often the reason for the night in Rajasthan and Kerala, so it is chosen with the routing.
Transfers and sightseeing
Airport transfers, intercity road legs with driver-cum-guide arrangements where useful, monument entries booked ahead, and licensed guides at each stop. Domestic flights and rail are coordinated where a driving day would otherwise be lost.

Agent Questions
What agents ask us about India
Straight answers from the desk that quotes and operates this destination.
How is India organised for quoting?
Two ways, depending on what you already know. If the client has asked for a named route, start from the signature circuits — Golden Triangle, Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa — each with its own season, duration, and planning detail. If you only know the interest, start from the category pages: monuments, religious and cultural centres, hill stations and national parks, or coast and islands. Either way, send the dates and pax mix and the quotation comes back itemised.
Which season should we quote for each part of India?
October to March suits most of the country, but two groups run against it. The hill stations sell hardest through Indian summer, and the national parks work from roughly October to June and close through the monsoon. The Himalayan shrines at Badrinath and Kedarnath open only for a summer season. We flag the relevant window on the quotation.
Can circuits be combined in one program?
Yes, and most longer programs do. The Golden Triangle into Rajasthan works overland from Jaipur. Kerala and Goa sit at the other end of the country and need a domestic flight, so budget a transit day when combining north and south.
Which season should be quoted for?
October to March covers most of the country and is the safe default. Kerala holds up later into spring, and its monsoon months carry a genuine Ayurveda proposition rather than a discounted sightseeing one. We flag seasonality on the quotation where it affects the program.
Do you work with agencies based outside India?
Yes. India programs are quoted to travel agencies wherever they are based, on the same terms as the rest of our destinations — net rates, line-item quotations, and one named operations lead per booking. We do not sell to travellers directly.
